Based on your software portfolio and agreement (i.e., SLA) we work with third-party software suppliers and vendors to integrate enterprise applications, resolve issues and update your IT software infrastructure as frequently as necessary. So we work as ERP partners with Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft and Siebel to maintain your ERP systems.
During most enterprise application integration, ERP support and maintenance processes we use formal in-depth business process analysis, workflow re-engineering, regular reviews, appropriate software utilities and in-house (and 3rd party) software tools for evaluation, analyzing and diagnosing problems in your enterprise software portfolio, eCommerce solutions, custom software applications, eBusiness applications, and Legacy systems. We also employ industry specific tools and diagnostic systems for analyzing reported problems and resolving them (e.g., Protocol Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Call Generators, etc. for telecom industry).
Formal reviews and escalation guidelines ensure ERP implementation and integration are progressing as planned, problem reports are resolved in a timely manner with the proper level of visibility.
Critical issues are reviewed daily and weekly by the Implementation and Development management team, IT team, senior management, and executive management team as necessary.
